  1. Personal Study Guide – You will receive a personal copy of the SelfCare for HealthCare book in the mail. The 12 lessons provide simple strategies to care for your mind, body and spirit, with sidebars featuring supporting research and exercises. Each chapter concludes with questions to facilitate your reflections on your own SelfCare, plus ideas to implement specific strategies to create your own “care plan.”

Digital Program Launch Presentation -By sharing Chicken Soup for the Nurse’s Soul stories and those from her own 30 years of nursing, LeAnn encourages and honors nurses and all members of healthcare teams.
